Chad Rogers, MAI, currently serves as a Senior Appraiser at Moody Williams Appraisal Group. Mr. Rogers is a Jacksonville native who began his commercial real estate appraisal career at his father’s local appraisal firm, The Rogers Appraisal Group. He spent 11 years with the company before going into timberland valuation as a real estate analyst at Rayonier and then as an appraiser with American Forest Management. In 2016, Mr. Rogers joined Moody Appraisal Group, which later became Moody Williams Appraisal Group. He then served as Director at JLL Value and Risk Advisory in 2024 and part of 2025 before returning to Moody Williams Appraisal Group in August 2025. Mr. Rogers appraises all types of commercial real estate and specializes in industrial properties and large land tracts.

Mr. Rogers is an MAI-designated member of the Appraisal Institute and is a former director and officer of the Northeast Florida Chapter of The Appraisal Institute. Mr. Rogers holds an MBA from the University of North Florida and a bachelor’s degree in real estate from Florida State University.
