Anthony Megas, SRA, is a life-long resident of Jacksonville.  After a seven-year career in the advertising industry, Anthony joined Broom, Moody, Johnson and Grainger as a residential staff appraiser in 1992.  He was the residential manager from 2000-2014.  He then joined Florida Valuation in 2015 where he managed the residential department.  In 2019 he formed Megas Appraisal Group.  In 2025, Megas Appraisal Group merged with Moody Williams Appraisal Group with Mr. Megas assuming the position of Vice President – Residential.  He is an approved VA and FHA appraiser and specializes in complex residential properties and provides litigation support as an expert witness and as a consultant.  He also served as a Special Magistrate for the Valuation Adjustment Board for Duval County.

Mr. Megas is an SRA member of the Appraisal Institute and was former president of the Northeast Florida Chapter of The Appraisal Institute.   He is a board member of the St. Photios Greek Orthodox National Shrine.   Mr. Megas graduated from The University of Florida.
